John Schlueter President

John Schlueter is the Owner and President of Frontline Commercial Real Estate, LLC, where he develops, acquires, finances, and leases retail and industrial commercial real estate. Concurrently, his manufacturing business, Keder Solutions® LLC, designs, manufactures, and distributes textile reinforcement products internationally.

Prior to this, John led his family business to become the largest manufacturer and installer of temporary structures. Several notable clients include: Walt Disney World, NFL/Super Bowl, IMG/New York Fashion Week, and the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games. John purchased his first building in 1996 and the original tenant, Hertz Equipment Rental (now Herc Rentals), continues to lease the building from Frontline today. John prides himself on having strong, lasting relationships with his tenants.

Keith Eismann Vice President

Keith is the Vice President of Frontline Commercial Real Estate, LLC, where he has over 20 years of commercial facility management experience and currently manages the facilities of more than 40 tenants. He is responsible for management of staff and contractors, financial budgets, and negotiating lease renewals and new tenant contracts. Keith has earned a polished reputation for his devotion to the commercial properties he represents, and works to build positive, long-lasting relationships with the tenants he works with.

Glenn Huber Chief Financial Officer

Glenn Huber directs all corporate finance, accounting, and investment strategies for the firm. With a proven track record of maximizing portfolio value and navigating complex real estate markets, Glenn drives the financial vision that fuels Frontline’s expansion and ensures long-term fiscal stability for the company and its partners.

Amber Bray Senior Accountant

Amber manages the firm’s financial operations and accounting functions. with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of real estate financial management, Amber oversees financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and day-to-day fiscal compliance.

Her meticulous approach ensures that Frontline’s portfolios remain financially sound and transparent. Working closely with executive leadership she plays a critical role in streamlining accounting processes and providing financial clarity that drives Frontline’s continued growth.

Krissy Mosca Project Manager

Krissy Mosca works closely with the President and Vice President to oversee operations, new construction, and industrial marketing. She recently managed the development and delivery of Frontline’s 418,511 SF industrial property completed in April 2026. From serving as the main contact for tenants and coordinating with project representatives to handling property maintenance, Krissy keeps day-to-day operations organized and efficient. She brings over 18 years of high-level administrative experience to the team, with a background that includes managing multi-million dollar timelines and onsite logistics for large-scale projects.

Stephanie Junek Marketing Manager

Stephanie serves as the Marketing Manager for Frontline, where she creates the brand’s visual identity and digital footprint. With a diverse skill set spanning web management, content creation, and creative direction, she ensures Frontline’s properties and services are showcased with maximum impact.

Anna Ford Marketing Assistant

As the Marketing Assistant for Frontline, Anna focuses on expanding the firm’s digital reach and brand engagement. She specializes in social media management, content creation, and calendar curation.

Anna has the ability to translate complex commercial real estate data into engaging social content ensuring that Frontline stays on of the mind for clients, investors, and industry partners across all digital channels.

Logan Abramowski Intern

Logan collaborates alongside John, Keith, and Krissy to ensure daily operations and expectations are met. Beyond daily operations, he assists with property management, seeks new development opportunities, and enhances commercial market outreach. Logan is currently pursuing a business degree with a Real Estate emphasis at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and will graduate in 2027. Following graduation, he aims to continue his path into the real estate industry.

Elena Kemp Intern

As an Intern for Frontline, Elena supports the firm’s daily operations by assisting John, Keith and Krissy with managing property logistics, data systems, and real estate ventures. She supports the Real Estate team by coordinating property due diligence. Elena is currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
